covered in spruce trees with thousands of kilometres of backroads

adventure. The Prince George area is surrounded by vast areas of
unspoiled wilderness perfect for hiking, canoeing, fishing, hunting,
rafting, camping, cross country skiing and wildlife watching. Within
an hour of the city in any direction there are provincial and regional
parks to enjoy. We are home to moose, bear, deer, ducks, geese and
birds of all kinds as well as the less often seen animals such as
wolves, coyotes, lynx, fox, wolverines, martens, and fishers. In

only 3 and a half hours away is the entrance to the world famous
national parks of Jasper and Banff
